MAGNESIUM SPRAY - A refreshing and soothing body mist made with Pure, high-quality Dead Sea Magnesium Chloride to leave skin feeling soft and revitalized. 

HOW TO USE:  
For a Relaxing, restful Sleep, spray and massage onto the bottom of the feet and legs before bed. 
To help keep stress down during the day apply to chest and pulse points. A tingling sensation may occur, indicating the absorption of magnesium.
Repeat: For optimal benefits, use daily, preferably after a shower when your pores are open, or before bedtime for a comfortable night sleep.

This handcrafted product is made with loving and healing energy, ensuing a gentle, nurturing experience. The spray may feel oily but contains no oils- just pure magnesium Chloride goodness! The Lavender and Rose varieties are naturally scented with hydrosols (rose water) (lavender water), while the unscented option offers a simple, fragrance-free choice.
