Thank you for supporting The Velvet Cow Tallow. We take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely and efficiently.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. We currently ship within the United States.

After shipment, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.

Warm Weather Notice

Our products are made with natural tallow and are heat-sensitive. During warmer months, we take extra care to package orders appropriately to help protect product quality during transit.

However, once shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and retrieving packages promptly. The Velvet Cow Tallow is not responsible for melting due to heat exposure after delivery. If softening occurs, simply place the product in the refrigerator to restore its consistency — melting does not affect product quality or effectiveness.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Velvet Cow Tallow is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
