Storage: Tallow can last up to 6-12 months at room temperature stored in a dark area. It's sensitive to heat in warmer climates. If melting occurs place, it in the refrigerator until it solidifies then remove and place on countertop. Once tallow comes to room temperature re-whip with hand electric mixer.
Consistency: Tallow consistency may vary in higher temperatures.
